When Will You Stop the Yo-Yo Cycle?

THIS IS A LONG MESSAGE WORTH READING if you hate the way you feel in your body right now.

So, Christmas is over… now what?

Years ago, I would treat this time of the year as a sort of, ‘free for all’ with food. I would skip workouts and not care as much about what I was eating because I was “enjoying myself”. But the truth is, I wasn’t enjoying myself.

I was enjoying the temporary satisfaction of the processed sugar and delicious homemade (non-health conscious) food, but actually hating myself and my body.

THE GUILT

What made me not hate myself so much was one thought that I held onto during this time of the year…

I’LL START FRESH ON JANUARY 1ST!!

Somehow that thought justified the disrespect I had for myself and my body / body image for the back half of the year by feeding it garbage and not working out regularly.

THE GUILT

News flash: THERE’S ALWAYS GOING TO BE ANOTHER HOLIDAY… or birthday, or graduation, or promotion… or what-EVER!!

Are you currently doing the same as I used to?  Are you happy doing that?

I didn’t think so… neither was I.

Every time I ate, I thought about how much fatter I was getting because of it… but somehow I couldn’t stop myself. THE GUILT

I have a way out for you… so that you never have to do that again. Seriously… I struggled for YEEARRRS!

THE Yo-Yo CYCLE:

  • Feel bad about myself.
  • Diet & Workout.
  • Lose some body fat.
  • Go off track.
  • Think I’m a failure.
  • “Oh well, fuck this… I might as well eat whatever”. Eat all the food.
  • Gain back the weight I lost (maybe more).
  • Feel bad about myself again.
  • Repeat.

Sound familiar?? 🤢

Guess what? If you do the same thing over and over again… you’re going to get the same results, right?

It wasn’t until I took a different approach, that I got better results than I EVER had before… AND, I keep getting even better.

10 years ago, I WISH I HAD WHAT I’M ABOUT TO SHARE WITH YOU!

So what’s the approach?!

This approach is mapped out in a transformation program that my husband Joe and I put together.

The MOCO FIT CHALLENGE starts January 13th and we’re going to teach you a different way to clean up your eating, move your body in a way that is efficient and effective and help you develop the habits that you need to reach and maintain(but really, keep getting better) the body that you dream of.

And, quite frankly, that you deserve.

We’re going to teach you in a way that’s not overwhelming or restrictive.

It’s fun and SUSTAINABLE!!

… it’s different!

Our hearts break for every woman and man who is stuck in the above mentioned cycle… and we’re here to get you out.

But you have to trust us.

You have to believe that we can help you.

And, most importantly… You have to believe that you’re worth it.

If you’re interested click here to learn more.

Go NOW though, because the last day to save your spot is January 12th, it seems like a far time away but sooner than you think it’s going to be to late to get in on the transformation.

Hope to see you there!
