Avoid this mistake

December can be a month of binging on Christmas food and drinking alcohol.

I see it every year.

A sort of acceptance that going off track is inevitable.

But why?

Why would you want to screw up a whole month, go backward with your progress, and then start the new year panicking about the weight you’ve gained?

It doesn’t make sense.

Now I’m not saying you can’t enjoy yourself.

But you need to create balance.

Of course, enjoy Christmas eve and the big day itself…

Get stuck into the ham and leftovers on Boxing Day

And have a glass of champagne on New Years Eve.

But either side of those specific days, you absolutely CAN be on it with your training, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Just as normal.

In fact, this is how I train my clients year-round.

They have flexibility, but more importantly, they have balance and don’t lose sight of their goals.

If you truly want a physique you can be proud of, then this has to be a lifestyle, regardless of the time of year.
