This Week’s Workouts: October 18 – October 22

I’m starting this back workout with 2 versions of pulldowns to emphasize back width. Then we’ll move on to rows and a pullover for thickness and detail. You’ll finish with biceps exercises, as they’ll be warmed up from working your back.

I hope you love squats as much as I do because we’ll be doing 4 different kinds of them in this superset quad-centric legs workout. I’ve also got leg presses, lunges, and other exercises to hit every area of your front thighs.

Add these two workouts into your weekly fitness regimen (do them individually on separate days).
