Being fit and healthy basically refers to the body having regular exercises and proper nutrition.

You must start by accepting yourself.  By this acceptance, you will be able to begin fitness training that will make you change to the lifestyle you have always wanted.

Take a journey with your mind and think of the things that positively and negatively affect your physical health. These things can range from the exercises and type of food eaten. All these thoughts will bring to you perception of what health really means to you.

Most people will exercise hard but eat an unhealthy diet. To keep fit and healthy, your diet should be well balanced. If you do not know what to eat during your training, you can always seek advice from a Trainer. This important tip is deployed along with other fitness and health tips. Avoiding fatty foods and keeping a diet rich in fruits and vegetables is ideal. Without enough exercises, your body is at risk of accumulating fats that will result to untransformed energy leading to high cholesterol.
