COOKING SEMINARS
Canadian National Champions Monique and her husband Joe welcome their guests into their home to offer cooking tips rooted in healthy eating. Their hands on cooking seminars focus on topics, such as clean eating and food preparation, offering one-on-one instruction, and workshops for kids, teens, and adults. This interactive demo is designed to inform and educate by learning tips and tricks from professional competitive athletes. Knowledge is Power! Cooking Seminar: Learn strategies that will help you live better in this workshop format. Led by Champions you’ll leave with new education, skills and tools that will help you live a fit and healthy lifestyle.
BOOT CAMPS
MOCO’s boot camps are designed to enhance fitness, strength, endurance, and balance through a variety of circuit style workout. These workouts are designed for you to burn more calories in less time. You will be motivated by your Coach, the clock, and your teammates that guarantee improved overall fitness. Be empowered by strength training, learn the many ways that your strength will make every day easier, change your body, and ignite a confidence to take life full on.
