With Monique’s one on one training, she helps individuals of all abilities achieve and surpass their optimal fitness and nutritional goals.

COOKING SEMINARS

Canadian National Champions Monique and her husband Joe welcome their guests into their home to offer cooking tips rooted in healthy eating. Their hands on cooking seminars focus on topics, such as clean eating and food preparation, offering one-on-one instruction, and workshops for kids, teens, and adults.  This interactive demo is designed to inform and educate by learning tips and tricks from professional competitive athletes. Knowledge is Power! Cooking Seminar:  Learn strategies that will help you live better in this workshop format.  Led by Champions you’ll leave with new education, skills and tools that will help you live a fit and healthy lifestyle.

BOOT CAMPS

MOJO’s boot camps are designed to enhance fitness, strength, endurance, and balance through a variety of circuit style workout.  These workouts are designed for you to burn more calories in less time. You will be motivated by your Coach, the clock, and your teammates that guarantee improved overall fitness. Be empowered by strength training, learn the many ways that your strength will make every day easier, change your body, and ignite a confidence to take life full on.  Delivered by committed coaches and with a team of supporters along your  strength journey, this program may be just what you need to discover your inner strength too.  Get your sweat on in this multi-leveled, full body workout!  Under the guidance of a coach you’ll work hard, have fun and see results!  This program is guaranteed to strengthen your core for reduced back pain and improved athletic performance and posture.

I am a Health & Lifestyle Coach. I specialize in Wellness, Health Promotion and Injury Prevention with a focus in Exercise Science and am a Certified Personal Trainer who was named the Personal Trainer of the Year in 2016.
